The permit is at a stage the seller misdescribed, the mineral polygon crosses four landowners nobody contacted, or the chain of title collapses two transfers back.

What we represent
Exploration ground and advanced projects across the Tocantins, Goiás, Pará, Minas Gerais and Mato Grosso gold provinces. Assets are offered at whatever stage they genuinely hold — exploration application, exploration permit, approved final report, or mining concession — and we say which, in writing, before anything else.
What gets verified before a gold project is offered
Permit stage, term and good standing at the ANM. The registered titleholder, and whether that is the same party offering the asset. Chain of title on every affected property. Reconciliation of the mineral polygon against the georeferenced perimeter. Every landowner the polygon crosses, identified by name. Indigenous land, quilombola territory, conservation unit and cave overlays. Environmental licensing status.
On grades
We do not quote grades, tonnages or reserves without a report signed by a qualified or competent person. If a NI 43-101 or JORC report does not exist for a project, we say so plainly rather than substituting a number from a spreadsheet. Buyers who need compliant resource figures should budget for verification drilling.

- Can a foreign company buy a gold mine in Brazil?
- Foreign capital may participate fully, but the holder of the mineral right must be a company incorporated in Brazil. The standard structure is a Brazilian special-purpose vehicle holding the mineral processes, with foreign shareholding at the corporate level.
- What documents should I ask for first?
- The ANM process number and the property registration number. Everything else can be verified from those two identifiers. A seller who cannot produce them is not in a position to sell.
- Do you charge to release a project package?
- No. We do not charge a fee to open a file or to release an asset package.
