Brazil Mine — Mining & Minerals BRAZIL MINEMining & Minerals

Mining & Minerals · Nationwide Brazil

Brazil's mineral ground, verified before it's offered.

We source, qualify and represent mineral assets across every state of Brazil — iron, gold, lithium, diamond and copper, among others. Every asset is checked at the registry and on the map before it reaches an investor's desk.

Released under NDA. We do not quote grades, tonnages or reserves without a report signed by a qualified person.

Who we are

A technical desk between Brazilian ground and international capital.

Most mineral offers that reach a foreign desk are discarded within ten minutes — no permit standing, no chain of title, no clarity on who owns the surface. Brazil Mine exists to remove that failure before it costs anyone a flight.

The practice is led by a professional trained in mathematics, land surveying and real estate brokerage — the three disciplines that decide whether a mineral asset in Brazil is actually transferable.

Commodities

Iron, gold, lithium, diamond, copper — among others.

Five commodities, one common failure point. What changes between them is the buyer, not the reason transactions collapse.

Raw iron ore
FeIronOre ground where logistics, rail distance and port access decide viability as much as grade.
Gold in quartz host rock
AuGoldGreenstone and intrusion-related ground, screened for tenure and protected-area conflict.
Lithium-bearing pegmatite
LiLithiumPegmatite districts where permit stage and land control move faster than the drill rig.
Diamonds on dark gravel
CDiamondAlluvial and primary occurrences, tested against watercourse and conservation constraints.
Copper ore with malachite
CuCopperBase-metal ground where multi-owner perimeters and surface access govern feasibility.

What we do

Two mandates, one discipline.

The work that qualifies an asset for sale is the same work that protects a buyer. We do both — never on the same transaction.

Mandate 01 — Sell side

Mineral asset representation

We present Brazilian mineral assets to qualified counterparties under a signed mandate from the titleholder, never through an undisclosed chain of intermediaries.

  • Assets qualified before they are offered, not after
  • Permit standing, surface access and constraints screened in advance
  • Bilingual asset package released under NDA
  • Direct line to the titleholder from the first call
Mandate 02 — Buy side

Independent tenure due diligence

Commissioned by acquirers, joint-venture partners and lenders assessing a Brazilian project brought to them by someone else. We hold no interest in whether the deal proceeds.

  • Registry analysis and chain-of-title review
  • Polygon reconciliation and landowner identification
  • Protected and restricted overlay screening
  • Written findings in English, sourced line by line

Verification

Deals die on tenure, not geology.

A mineral right and the land above it are two separate titles, drawn by two institutions, often in two reference systems. Where they disagree, the mineralised ground may belong to someone who has never been approached.

  • Mineral rightPermit stage, term, standing and registered titleholder, confirmed at source.
  • Chain of titleEvery transfer traced back to origin, looking for defective grants.
  • Polygon checkMineral polygon reconciled against the georeferenced perimeter.
  • LandownersHow many separate owners the mineral right actually crosses.
  • ConstraintsIndigenous, quilombola, conservation, settlement and cave overlays.
  • Surface accessWhich instrument secures occupation, and whether it survives foreign control.

How we work

Eight steps before anyone books a flight.

Performed in this order, the first seven cost a fraction of the eighth — and remove most offers before they consume legal budget or travel.

Standards

What this desk will not do.

Brazilian mineral offers reach foreign desks through long, undisclosed chains, quoting numbers nobody signed. These rules exist so you can tell the difference in the first email.

  • We do not quote grades, tonnages or reserves without a report signed by a qualified or competent person.
  • We do not present an asset without a signed mandate from the registered titleholder.
  • We do not operate through undisclosed chains of intermediaries.
  • We do not charge a fee to open a file or to release an asset package.
  • We do not publish coordinates or mineral process numbers on this website.
  • We do not use bank-instrument or "proof of funds" vocabulary. Mining finance does not work that way.

On structuring foreign participation

Foreign capital may participate fully in Brazilian mining, but the holder of the mineral right must be a company incorporated in Brazil. Separately, the acquisition and leasing of rural land by foreign-controlled entities is restricted by statute, and that restriction has been upheld at constitutional level.

The consequence shapes the deal from day one: surface access for a foreign-controlled vehicle is normally secured through mining easements and surface-use agreements rather than land purchase. Investors who learn this in month one build a workable structure. Investors who learn it in month five lose the transaction.

Next step

Tell us which project, and what you need proven.

Whether you are assessing an asset we represent or one brought to you by someone else, the exchange is the same: identifiers in, findings out.

Contact

Start with the identifiers.

Send the mineral process number and the property registration number, and we will tell you what can and cannot be proven about the asset — before anyone spends money on it.
