Lithium projects and exploration ground for sale in Brazil
In Brazilian lithium, land control moves faster than the drill rig. Districts get pegged quickly, and the deciding question is usually not whether pegmatite is present but whether the permit is in good standing and the ground above it can actually be occupied.
Released under NDA. We do not quote grades, tonnages or reserves without a report signed by a qualified person.
Speed is the reason lithium deals go wrong here. Buyers move fast, skip the registry, and discover in month five that the surface belongs to someone who was never approached.
What we represent
Pegmatite exploration ground and advanced lithium projects, offered under a signed mandate from the titleholder.
What gets verified before a lithium project is offered
Permit stage, term and standing at the ANM, including whether annual fees are current — arrears can void a right. Titleholder identity. Chain of title. Polygon reconciliation and landowner identification. Protected and restricted overlays. Environmental licensing status.
On grades
No grades, tonnages or reserves without a report signed by a qualified or competent person.
Questions
Frequently asked.
- How fast can tenure be verified on a lithium project?
- A focused review covering permit standing, chain of title, polygon reconciliation and constraint overlays typically takes two to three weeks, depending on how quickly registry documents are issued.
- Is an approved ANM final exploration report the same as a JORC resource?
- No. It is a Brazilian regulatory milestone and meaningful evidence, but it is not prepared to JORC or NI 43-101 standards and cannot be presented to Australian or Canadian markets as if it were.
